Orders & Shipping
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Cycorldpro, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. All items returned for a refund must be in unworn, unused, unwashed condition with the original tags attached.
We always strive to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an item, we are happy to help you. Just send us an email directly.
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days of payment. Non-business days will be extended to business days
As our warehouse is working hard to get your ordered items shipped as soon as possible, we can change your address if your order has not yet been shipped. Please provide us with your order number as soon as possible as there is a very short window to make updates.
If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel or correct your order and address. Since there is a very short window for updates, please provide us with your order number and corrected information as soon as possible.
The tracking number will be sent to you via email when the order is packed and dispatched from our warehouse. The tracking number allows you to see where the package is located and when it will arrive.
Sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package may be delivered shortly afterwards. Please be sure to check with your neighbors and the post office for more information. However, if you do not receive your package after 1-2 business days, please feel free to contact us.

The tracking number will be sent to you via email after your item has been shipped. You can check it on the order tracking page. It may take up to 1-2 business days to update the information on your current shipment.
Although we strive for perfection, on rare occasions we will send the wrong item. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but our customer service team is always on standby to resolve such situations.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all our products, or you can choose a faster shipping method for an additional fee at checkout!
Payments
The following payment methods are currently accepted; debit or credit cards - American Express, VISA, Mastercard, and payments via PayPal, Apple Pay
From time to time, we offer exclusive discount codes to select users. You will receive the code in our promotional email newsletter or while browsing the site and can redeem it by pasting the code at checkout.
Unfortunately, cash on delivery is not currently available.
Products
Product sizes vary by product and style. Product sizing information can be found in the images on the product pages.
In most cases, the dimensions are correct according to the size chart provided, but please allow 0.25" - 0.5" variation due to manual measurements.
Every effort has been made to show the product exactly as it will look when you receive it. Depending on the monitor you are viewing the images on, the display of the images may vary.
Please refer to the washing label on the garment to the care instructions of the product.
Account
You don't have to have an account to shop at Cycorldpro, but creating an account has the following benefits.
-Check the status of your orders and track them through a link.
-View your order history, a detailed list of every order you have placed with us
-Print and reprint receipts for previous orders
-If you need to return an item, start the process immediately from our website and track the refund
-Shop with a single mouse click because your shipping, billing and credit card information is encrypted and stored in your account (which you can modify as needed).
-To create your account, click Register/Login located at the top of each page. Fill out the Create New Account section.
You can change your account information at any time by logging into your account.
